Reminder:  On-site TSS supervision ("Consultative" supervision) is documented simply by the TSS signing the bottom of the BSC Progress Note.  The BSC records the TSS activity that he/she observes while visiting the TSS workplace on the BSC Progress Note form, discusses the TSS service delivery with the TSS provider briefly, and both sign-off on the BSC Progress Note to document the delivery of "on-site" TSS supervision.  The BSC files the Progress Note as usual and the TSS supervision record is created automatically, without need for any additional documentation.
