Michael joined the Institute at its inception and has provided close supervision to staff, conducted psychodiagnostic evaluations, and has been working to help children with developmental difficulties, including autism, for more than twenty years.

Donoghue, Patricia

 

Licensed Psychologist

BHRS Supervisor

Dr. Donoghue is licensed to practice psychology in Pennsylvania and New York and has specialized in work with children for more than a decade.  She performs diagnostic psychological evaluations throughout Chester County and gives individual supervision to BSC and MT providers each week.

Kossor, Steven

Licensed Psychologist, Certified School Psychologist

EPSDT-BHRS Supervisor

Masters degree in clinical psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University (NJ) in 1977.  Licensed Psychologist in 1981.  Certified School Psychologist in 1984.  For more than thirty years, Steve has specialized in helping children with developmental difficulties, including autism, and is recognized widely as an expert diagnostician and behavioral treatment specialist with extensive experience in the Medicaid EPSDT - BHRS system who has testified several times as an expert witness in Federal court on these subjects.  View resume here.

Ennis, Stephanie

Behavior Specialist Consultant, Philadelphia

Stephanie has a Masters degree in Counseling from Villanova University and has completed coursework at Penn State University for Certification as an Applied Behavior Analyst.

Parker, Stephen

Licensed Psychologist

BHRS Supervisor

Stephen is a graduate of the University of Florida and provides diagnostic psychological evaluations for the Institute.  He is experienced in school psychology issues and also provides Family Therapy and specializes in the treatment of depression and anxiety in his private practice in southern Chester County.
