The Issachar Project

The Issachar Project

The children of Issachar were trusted advisors because "they understood the times, and knew what to do."

The Issachar Project was inaugurated in Phoenix, Arizona on February 21, 2009 when Steven Kossor addressed a group of about 70 people who had gathered to learn more about the opportunities that exist within the Medicaid system to fund behavioral treatment for children with Autism and other disorders using the EPSDT funding mandate.

This presentation was highly praised and explains the treatment model created by Mr. Kossor and how it could be applied in Arizona and other states.  Mr. Kossor can present this information, customized for any state in the USA.  A 2-DVD set of the presentation (total 3.5 hours) with copies of the presentation materials in .pdf format is available for sale for $60.  Click here to inquire about this
