11/11/11 Conference

As an advisor to the National Wraparound Initiative (NWI) since 2006, our Executive Director has been contributing to the national development of the "Wraparound" philosophy.  The Wraparound Fidelity Index was published by the NWI as a means of measuring the degree to which a given program complies with the essential principles of the wraparound philosophy.  The Institute for Behavior Change's responses to the most recent version of the Wraparound Fidelity Index, showing extremely high fidelity to the Wraparound philosophy are available here

This implementation of the Wraparound Fidelity Index has the potential for improving the extent to which providers of behavioral treatment programs, including Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) under the EPSDT mandate of the Medicaid system, comply with the Wraparound philosophy.  The Institute is proud to acknowledge the appreciation expressed by leaders of the NWI for its use of the Wraparound Fidelity Index to improve the quality of care delivered to children.
